Gripping with inserts
It is worthwhile describing various aspects of this project.
Firstly, this dual-surface gripper is able to realign itself both in the slide and in the mould.
Then it picks up the finished parts and checks whether the inserts are present.
Lastly, for placement, a double slide was installed to ensure the cell operated steadily while allowing a certain degree of autonomy and industrial safety.
This standalone, continuous and secure loading station was presented to the customer.
